A message from our founder, Alex Hutchinson

“Hi, I’m Alex and I founded The Perfect Interview in 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic when many people close to me found themselves out of work, sometimes for the first time in their careers. My sole objective is to help anyone who has found themselves in between jobs or is looking for a career change to make their next move. I have recruited into various sectors including finance, support staff and aviation both as part of a company and on a consultancy basis running interviews and assessment days. What originally started out as a way of helping friends out quickly turned into The Perfect Interview and we now offer our services and support to everyone at all stages of the job application process.

My specially selected, close-knit team are all highly enthusiastic and motivated individuals who thrive on bringing success for people. Between us we have worked across many industries for large multinational companies, SMEs and within the Public Sector. We have experience of recruiting internally and as part of larger recruitment agencies. We have a shared passion for helping people reach their goals, securing their next career move and look forward to helping you on your journey”.
