Who can attend a 1 to 1 session?
Absolutely anyone. We will tailor the session for you. The more we know about you and your experience including any details of the interview or group assessment that you have coming up, the more specific we can be in the session.
Do I need to prepare for my 1 to 1 session?
We suggest that you prepare in a similar manner that you would do for an actual interview or group assessment day. This will allow us to offer more constructive feedback, but it is not a pre-requisite.
What should I wear for my 1 to 1 session?
We suggest smart casual attire which will help you to be in the right frame of mind for the session.
How soon before my interview or assessment day should I complete my 1 to 1 session?
Everyone has their own way of learning and preparing for an interview or assessment day so it really is up to you. It’s important though to ensure you leave enough time to build on what you have learnt and absorbed from the session.
How do I find out about the services you offer?

From the top menu, select ‘Our Services’ which is divided into 3 sections: 1 to 1 Sessions, Information Packs and Tailored Services. Click on the + sign on the right of the description which will open up details about the service you have chosen.

How do I book and pay for an Information Pack or a Tailored Service?

Once you have chosen the service you would like, select ‘Buy Now’ to pay via PayPal or select ‘Add to Cart’ to come back later to purchase it along with any other items in your cart. Please see below for details of how to book a 1 to 1 session.

What happens after I have purchased a service?

You will receive an email confirming your purchase along with any details specific to the service you have chosen. For example, if you have purchased a CV service, we will require further information from you which will be detailed in the email. If you have purchased a Pack, this will be emailed directly to you as a PDF attachment from the above email. Please add ‘theperfectinterview.co.uk’ to your email’s safe senders list and check your junk email.

How do I make a booking and pay for a 1 to 1 session?
From the top menu, select ‘Book 1 to 1 Session’ or alternatively from ‘Our Services’ page, select ‘1 to 1 Session’ and then select ‘Book NOW’. This will take you to our online booking system where you simply select the service you would like and then choose a date and time from the available slots. Fill in the form with your contact details where you will also have the opportunity to add your appointment to your calendar. Finally, you will be directed to our payment page and then your booking will be complete.
What if I need to cancel and rebook my 1 to 1 session?

You can cancel and amend your booking any time up until 48 hours before your appointment by clicking on ‘Book 1 to 1 Session’ and selecting ‘Manage your Appointment’. Enter the email address with which you made the original booking and you will receive a link to access your Customer Profile.

If you wish to cancel within 48 hours of your booking then regrettably, we will be unable to offer a refund. These terms and conditions are in place as we have to schedule one of our team to run your session which requires planning and coordination. Please contact us for any further information.
